To be human is to experience love, struggle, joy, and hardship—all the paradoxes that make life both beautiful and challenging. As someone who is a therapy-goer myself, I understand firsthand the importance of a safe space to process the complex feelings that come with being human. In a world that often values logic and stoicism, we rarely find safe spaces to fully feel and express our emotions. Growing up as a highly sensitive child with social anxiety, I know this struggle all too well.
My own mental health challenges during adolescence inspired me to pursue studies in Psychology, with the hope of becoming the therapist I wish I’d had during those formative years. Therapy helped me develop a healthier relationship with myself and taught me that people don’t need “fixing”, they need to be seen and heard. I hope therapy can offer you the same transformative space!
As a trauma-informed and queer-affirming therapist, I primarily work with adults and teens. My experience spans NGOs, mental health centers, and universities, where I’ve supported clients from diverse backgrounds, genders, sexualities, and socioeconomic statuses.
Alongside my therapy practice, I’m also a psychology lecturer at a private university. Teaching allows me to connect with the experiences of college students navigating burnout, academic pressures, and life transitions. It’s also helped me communicate psychological concepts in a simple, effective way, a skill I bring to my therapy work as well.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading mystery novels, binge-watching TV series, exploring memes, playing board games, and writing poems. I also love creating mental health content on Instagram. Feel free to check it out here!
When we share our stories in safe spaces, we begin to heal and grow. Seeking therapy can feel vulnerable, but it’s a journey that’s also freeing and worthwhile. I look forward to being part of your journey toward growth and healing.

Therapy Approaches
To truly heal, we must ask, “What happened to me?” rather than “What’s wrong with me?” Healing comes not through self-judgment, but by understanding why we think or act the way we do.
My approach is eclectic, combining different approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. As your therapist, I’ll meet you where you are. I believe that healing cannot and should not be rushed. When you’re ready to take each step, I’ll be here to guide and support you.
Person-Centred Therapy ❤️
I mainly use humanistic approach like Person-Centred Therapy, which helps me see you as a whole person, not just a problem to be fixed. This approach honors your innate capacity for growth and change, providing a supportive space to empower your growth at your own pace.
Inner child work 🧒🏼
I use trauma-based approach like Inner Child Work to hold space and support both your present self and past self (inner child), helping you understand how your past may be influencing your present. This approach fosters self-compassion and allows you to address unmet needs from childhood, empowering you to build healthier behavioral patterns and relationships.
Somatic/Body-based work 🚹
I also draw from Somatic Experiencing to help clients reconnect with their bodies, which can be especially helpful in addressing unprocessed trauma, especially from adverse childhood experiences. When you experience trauma, your body become ‘wounded,’ holding onto unresolved emotions. This approach helps release those stored emotions and facilitates healing.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) 🧠
I also use more structured, logic-based approach, like CBT, to help you identify and shift unhealthy perspectives. By recognizing the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, CBT empowers you to challenge and reframe negative thought patterns.
Systemic Approach ⚙️
I incorporate a Systemic approach to therapy, considering how larger systems, such as family, culture, and society, shape who you are. This approach helps explore how relationship patterns and societal expectations influence you, offering insights into building an identity outside of those patterns and expectations.
