The gift card is valid for 6 months, so the recipient can take their time to use it. They can schedule their session at a time that suits them.

You can even write a brief personalized message in this gift card, showing your care for your loved ones’ wellbeing.

- You’ll be directed to a Google Form to enter your details and decide the value of the gift card.
Make the Payment
- Follow the payment instructions provided in the form to complete your purchase. For example, if you entered RM100 as the Gift Card Value, please pay RM100.
Receive Your Gift Card
- Once your payment is confirmed, the digital gift card and receipt will be emailed to you within 5 working days.
Share the Gift Card
- Send the gift card to your recipient digitally, or print it out to present as a physical gift.

- I will contact you via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours to discuss availability and schedule your appointment.
Present your e-Gift Card
- Share your e-Gift Card with me via WhatsApp or email for verification.
If session cost exceeds gift card value
- You will be required to pay the remaining amount before the session is confirmed. E.g., If the session cost is RM130 and your e-Gift Card value is RM80, you will need to pay the remaining RM50 before the session is confirmed.
If your gift card value exceeds session cost
- You can book more sessions until the value of your gift card is used up or expired. E.g., If your e-Gift Card value is RM180 and the session cost is RM130, you can use the remaining balance of RM50 for future sessions.

Gift card has a strict validity of 6 months from the date of issue. The expiry date is stated on the gift card.
If the session cost is lower than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance can be used for future sessions. I will keep track of the remaining balance on the gift card, so you don’t have to worry about managing it yourself. However, the balance cannot be refunded, used after the expiry date, or transferred to another Gift Card.
If the session cost exceeds the total value or balance of the Gift Card, the remaining amount must be paid through the chosen payment method.
This gift card cannot be refunded or amended upon purchase, and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
This gift card is non-transferable and cannot be resold.
Gift card issued by Keen2Heal is only available in a digital format. No physical gift card will be issued.
Keen2Heal retains the right to reject any gift card that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.
The gift card can only be redeemed for online therapy sessions provided by Keen2Heal. It cannot be used for other services or products unless specified.
Appointments booked using the gift card are subject to availability. Keen2Heal’s standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply.
